An Oceancliff Wedding Anniversary Party

I had the incredible opportunity to photograph a rare and beautiful event last weekend at Oceancliff. Kate and her family are longtime clients of ours and I wanted to do my best when she asked if I would photograph her parents 50th Wedding Anniversary! ...50th!! She has an amazing family and it showed. It was an honor to be a part of such a great celebration. I love seeing families this happy. Here are just a select few from that day. Enjoy!

The best way to watch is to press play and then pause it until the entire movie loads. Then press play again.

more of you know who...

We have weddings and engagements to post! All of a sudden this is The Kira Blog! By popular demand I'll continue to add photos to our public Facebook photo gallery of her here: Kira's Album and some of the really good ones may (will) make an appearance on our blog here and there (or every hour)

Byrne Family Photos at World's End, Hingham

This was one shoot that we had to reschedule way too many times! But as luck would have it this time we had amazing weather and light for such a beautiful family. Look how cute these kids are! Some of these look like GAP ads - that's how photogenic this family is!

a boy and a girl

Do these 2 photos not sum up what being a boy and being a girl is?? I took them both this past weekend. The first one is Charlie from a family shoot at World's End in Hingham. He's sticking his tongue out at his off-camera brother and sister - classic! The second one is from a wedding in Onset. During sunset shots of the bride & groom some family members followed us down to the water and I was able to grab this shot of the little girl. When I saw it while editing it stopped me in my tracks. I was so lucky to catch this frame at the right moment - it just says little girl perfectly to me. Maybe because we are going to have a little girl in June and someday I wish to take a photo of her just like this.

Rusty and Cooper - Cat vs Dog

Who needs the UFC?? I could watch these guys go at it all day! Melissa's sister's family have a cat and a dog that wrestle and chase each other all the time. Here's one of many title bouts:

Apple Picking at Honey-Pot Hill Orchards

How much more New England can you get?? Apple picking in Stow, MA in the fall! It was more like summer - it was at least 85 degrees out but look at how much fun we had. How can you not have fun with our niece and nephews? Everywhere we go it's like a photoshoot for some magazine! Someone will discover these kids! And don't forget the goat - check out that goatee. Wait til mom sees the apple Mason was eating... We won't mention that most of the apples we picked were not ripe. I guess the roped off parts that say "Do not pick - not ripe" are actually true. I was wondering why we were the only ones around that section.

ellorie and dad

Our top secret mission was a success! My good friend Mike brought his adorable daughter up for a visit - and a secret photo shoot for mother's day. We haven't seen them in a while and had plenty of fun going out to lunch and taking photos. Here are a few of our favorites...
